Another reason why my visit was so memorable? The operations manager, She made the experience extra special with her energy. From the moment I walked in, She was so accommodating and helpful. She went above and beyond to answer questions, explain the space, and make sure my visit was smooth. Hospitality like that is one of the reasons people go back to places again and again, and she embodies it perfectly.

Here’s a fun fact I didn’t know before visiting SW19 — Kansas City has its own professional pickleball team. Thats right Playing in the NPL !! How cool is that?
