From the moment the class started, the energy in the room felt welcoming and fun. Gigi has the perfect personality for an instructor. She’s a little sassy but also incredibly motivating, which makes the class feel encouraging instead of intimidating.

One thing I immediately noticed about Pilates is how intentional every movement is. It’s not about rushing through exercises or trying to do the most reps. Instead, you’re focusing on slow, controlled movements that activate your core and strengthen muscles you didn’t even know you had.

Let me just say… those slow movements will have your muscles shaking. In the best way.

But what made this class extra special was the experience Gigi created for everyone. After the workout, she surprised us with flowers and mimosas, which turned the class into a full self-care moment. It felt like more than just a workout—it felt like community, wellness, and celebration all in one space.
