Covid 19 is still making a surge even after the terrible two years we had to dealing with it. Rising Covid 19 Cases are making its way through the city as more people are contracting the virus. With conflicting information from our Government and CDC it is hard to determine what ways we can stay safe and out of the path of the virus.
Below I listed my top 8 ways to stay and to keep your self healthy to combat Covid 19.

Wash your hands frequently -especially before eating, touching your face or eyes.

Stay active – keep the body moving by walking, running, cardio, or strength training

Stay hydrated with water and electrolytes- limit soda, or sugar filled drinks

Limit your sweets intake – high fructose, high sugar may lead to all sorts of problems for the body.

Stay away from people who are sick and if you are sick keep away from people for at least 5 days.
Please understand that there will be everchanging information regarding this awful virus as we grow to learn more each day. It is your choice to vaccinate or not do not feel pressure from peers or family or even your work without making the necessary decisions that will be beneficial to yourself.

Emergen-C : This product is my go to any time my throat is sore or I am feeling not my best self. It gives my body the extra vitamin C to fight off bad germs.
Hand sanitizer ! This minimizes germs on the hands if I am not able to get to a sink with soap and water. A must have. Consider the travel sizes as well!
Stay Hydrated with water ! Aim to Drink at least a gallon a day. (It doesn’t have to be this particular kind but this one is my favorite!) Spring water has great minerals and nutrients for the body.

Thermometers are a great way to stay ahead of any sickness. The forehead thermometer is a great way to test adults baby’s and children. This one here is my absolute favorite thermometer.

In general this virus can become very serious, If you are not you healthiest self you still have time to make better choices. It can be very scary to know you may have or had contracted this virus. And because you cannot see it, It is spread from person to person before we have any time to prepare ourselves.
